ABOUT MLJ Arcade

MLJ Arcade is my passion project, born from a love for video games and a dedication to creating a space where kids in Akron, OH, can simply be kids. I've built this video arcade company to be a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for the community, providing a place where everyone can enjoy the magic of arcade gaming, just like I did growing up. At MLJ Arcade, I've got something for everyone, from classic hits like Pacman Video Arcade and Ms. Pacman Video Arcade to fan favorites like Mortal Combat, Crime Crises Arcade, and even modern platforms like Xbox, Playstation5 and Nintendo Switch. It doesn't stop there. I've got air hockey, jumbo Connect 4, claw machines, racing games, basketball hoops, and all the old-school video arcade games that add to the fun.

For just $10 an hour, you can enjoy all these games, and don't forget, every Friday means free pizza for everyone! Creating a haven for kids has always been close to my heart. I opened the arcade because the kids in Akron don't have anything to do, so to keep them out of trouble, I decided to open an arcade company where kids can be kids and have fun playing kid's arcade in a safe place. MLJ Arcade is ADA-compliant, with an accessible main entrance and restrooms, ensuring everyone can be part of the fun. WHY I OPEN THE ARCADE

I decided to open an arcade where kids can be kids and have fun in a safe place. When I grew up, we had an arcade at Rolling Acres Mall and a Hawking skating rink. We knew how to have fun and stay out of trouble. That’s the difference between then and now.
